Faculty Meeting Registration Form

Discovery’s Playground will open its doors to the children of faculty and staff during faculty meetings. Children must be in grades K-6. We will ask that all children attend the full day of the program, which means they will begin at 2:45-3:00 and can be picked up at any time between 5:30 and 6:30. The cost of participation is $15/day, the normal cost for children attending Discovery’s Playground one day per week.  Please use the registration form below.
